i like to think that i’ve made mamahood ‘look good,’ and what i’m learning, is that it’s not about making it look good. actually, no one cares about it looking good. most new moms care to know that people struggle, that every day of parenthood isn’t always ‘amazing!’ or ‘perfect!’ that every single one of us has the hardest days of our lives…and the most incredible days of our lives, that being a parent is, as cliche as it sounds, a journey, a contrasting world of ebb & flow.
