breaking habits
what is the thing you've made a part of your daily routine that doesn't support the goals you want to achieve? the hitting-the-snooze-button, scrolling-through-facebook, tapping-photos-senselessly thing that you do? what would change if you just stopped doing it? what would change if you just changed that one habit? that one thing you've made into a routine.
what if you didn't grab your phone when you went on bathroom or fall asleep with the phone in your hand? what if you just sat through a dinner with the love of your life without entering your passcode? what if, with a little extra time on your hands, you read your favorite book or discovered a new one? what if, when you picked up your phone, you used it to call your best friend instead of sending a text?
just what if?
i'll bet a whole new world would open up. i'd bet your relationships would change. your days would be planned out, your to-do lists completed.
